Yealink Support,
I have a phone with a line key programmed as an XML Group.
Under remote phone book, we have the following:
http://www.website.com/assets/xml/client...nebook.xml
And it is linked to the line key.
The phonebook is updated via software we have written and works fine.
However, when we update the xml with new data, the phone does not seem to download the updated data, but rather shows the older phonebook.
Is there a way to force the update? A reboot doesn't work.
I have seen an option to update, but it seems that it's not always available.
Please advise.
