Hi, I have learned on another post that I need to unlock the phone. Can anyone suggest how to do this? Thank you

I purchased second hand a T20P. I have pinged the IP address, and get a negative response:

Pinging 192.168.84.61 with 32 bytes of data:

From your description, I think you mean phone have got the ip address "192.168.84.61", but when you put this ip address to webUI， it will not show phone web login interface, am I right?

If yes, this is not the phone problem, it most like your network problem, so you can try to configure a static Ip address, then test again, if it could work, please check your network.
