Full Version: T48S DSS keys grey out

I have a new T48S phone where often the phone can make and receive calls however all of my DSS keys that I have setup go grey where it appears as if the status of the phone is lost.
The DSS keys are set to various types, all are greyed out.

A reboot of the phone brings it all back to normal.
Please help

I did the upgrade where soon after the T46S did the grey out thing again.

I am also experiencing the issue..

Tested firmwares all the way up to 66.82.0.20.rom

Please reset the phone to factory default and try again.

We have reset a few of these phones, problem comes back after awhile.

I have currently setup a notify script on the box, it sends a reboot notify to the specific models, Yealinks T48S. Currently monitoring if this is a suitable temporary fix while we wait for a proper bug fix.
