Full Version: SfB T48G Wallpaper

How do I change the wallpaper on my Skype for Business T48G and T46G phones. There are no web or phone UI options to do it in the Skype for Business version.

After a while the phone does go in a screen that says: "Can't load image file" but I see no way of setting the wall paper on either phone.

The SFB phone can not support the wallpaper feature so that you can not find
the option in the phone.

Why does the phone say every morning "Can't load image" with a blue background? It clearly wants to load something, maybe a screen saver?

For the prompt issue, can you share me more info about this:
Do you do any operation before the prompt? Can you share the picture for me?
You said every moning it will prompt, does phone only prompt in the morning?
do all the T46 and T48 have the issue? How many phones you have in total?

Can you provide the level 6 syslog, config.bin and pace trace for us to do locate the problem.
