Hello,

We have a client who is running Yealink T46G handsets. Handsets are all running firmware versions 28.80.0.70.

We are having some issues using the attended transfer feature. See process and issue below.
- Incoming call gets answered by Phone A
- Phone A presses the transfer button
- Phone A calls Phone B extension via BLF key
- Phone A speaks to Phone B
- Phone A presses to transfer button again or hangs up
- Transfer completes long enough to here the person "Hello?"
- Call then gets disconnected

Blind transfers are working fine. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
James

Hi James

Thanks for your information.

For your question, please kindly go to web interface of the phone, then go to :
Features->Transfer->Transfer Mode via Dsskey, set it as Attended Transfer and try again.

Let me know if any update.

If it can't work, please kindly export pacp, syslog, config.bin files from A and B phone side. We need those files to do more troubleshooting.
For how to export those files, please kindly refer to this FAQ:

Hello Kevin,

Thanks for you reply.

Just letting you know we have resolved this issue.

We configured the handsets STUN settings rather then relying on manual NAT.

Thanks,
James
