I have tested this both on a T40P and a T48G. I have two settings in my provisioning files for multicast:

multicast.receive_priority.priority = 0
multicast.listen_address.1.ip_address = 224.0.1.75:50001

The phones will not take these settings through auto provisioning. The firmware versions are:

T40P: 54.81.0.61
T48G: 35.81.0.61

I tested changing other settings in the auto provisioning file and those settings took, just not the multicast settings.

Can anyone else confirm this?

I just tested on a T46G with Firmware 28.81.0.61. Same issue.
