We are testing VOIP phones as we plan for a transfer from an old Nortel phone system to a Freepbx system.
Our call center employees have settled on three bluetooth headsets form VXI, because of their noise cancelling properties.
The models we are going to use are:
BlueParrott B250-XTS http://www.vxicorp.com/on-the-road-heads...t-b250-xts
BlueParrott B450-XT http://www.vxicorp.com/on-the-road-heads...tt-b450-xt
BlueParrott S450-XT http://www.vxicorp.com/on-the-road-heads...tt-s450-xt
We are running the latest firmware in our phones and these headsets do pair successfully. When we answer the phone from one of these headsets there is a 5 second delay before audio starts coming over the headset. After the delay the audio is great.
What would it take to get these headsets on the compatibility list so that this delay could be eliminated?
Thanks,
Cran
