Full Version: W56H does not make/receive calls..

Hi, I am new to this IP phones and I am having trouble setting the phones up.
I do not know why but they just won't make/receive phone calls...
Our original phones work fine, and our network does not have a problem. And our firmware is the latest version.

The "Line" screen displays on our W56H phones are like this;

Hi Lily,

Please ensure all used accounts are registered to the SIP server, if not, no calls can be make or receive.
Login to the base and go to “Account > Register > Account X”
Also make sure the handset(s) is/are assigned to the right VoIP account(s) for incoming and outgoing calls.
“Account > Number Assignment > Incoming lines/Outgoing lines”
