Full Version: T4X no beep on intercom answer

We are utilizing two way intercom feature on one of our tenants. When they intercom from a T26 it will beep on the dialing phone once it connects to the other phone. When they intercom from a T48 or a T41 there is no beep or tone when the phones connect.

The settings under Features > Intercom match on both the T26 and T48. I've also tested on a T41P and it does not beep as well. Is there a way to enable the beep once the intercom is answered on the T4X?

The settings on Features > Intercom are set as follows:
Allow Intercom - Enabled
Intercom Mute - Disabled
Intercom Tone - Enabled
Intercom Barge - Disabled

Can you tell me what is the version of the firmware?

Please kindly provide the level 6 syslog, config.bin and pace trace when you reproduce the issue to do further analyze.

How many phones you have in total? and how many of them have the issue?
