my VP 530 hangs frequently or not responding , using eastar mypbx u500 and all other models working fine

firmware version: 23.70.0.40

you mean that VP530 will cancel a call automatically?

what do you mean by no responding ? VP530 stuck?

if yes , please try to reset it to see whether it will fork fine !
