Full Version: T48G and EHS36 not detected after reboot

We have a customer testing a T48G and EHS36.
T48 is on 35.80.0.130
their issue is that if the phone reboots due to a configuration change or loses power for any reason the EHS is required to be re-seated to work.

I have attempted to update the firmware on the EHS but have been unsuccessful in locating a process that works on the T48.
If I use the Zero Touch it does not does not start the expansion upgrade process

Unfortunately they do not have any other model of phone to complete the upgrade..

Cheers

Hello

For the issue, you can upgrade the T48G to the newest firmware:
http://download.support.yealink.com/down...1.0.25.zip

Please kindly also tell me the firmware of the EHS now.

I also need to double check with you for the issue:
Do you means that the phone can work well with the EHS, if we reboot the phone, then we have to reset the EHS? Or we have to re-connect the EHS? Please kindly let me know what you means to 'be re-seated'

If the issue still exist, can you export the syslog to the server side. When the issue happened again, please export the syslog(level 6) to me.

Please kindly let me know if any update.

Hello Kevin thank you for your response.
by re-seating I mean we need to unplug it from the phone and plug it back in,as the ehs36 is not detected and does not work untill we do.
the ehs36 works really well until this issue occurs.

How can i get the firmware version of the EHS36 ??

I will see what i can get in regards to the log

Regards

Darren

Hello Darren

Thanks for your information. For the issue, please kindly send the config.bin, syslog files to me.
As you need to reboot the phone when testing, please upload the syslog to the server side. For how to export the syslog, you can refer to the attachment.

After export the syslog to server side and reproduce the issue, please kindly send the syslog and config.bin files to me.

May i know how many phones in the customer side? it can help us to improve the priority.
