Hi, everyone
I am from Toronto and need help with re-provisioning my IP phone.
My VoIP isp here in Toronto is ThinkTel. Is it possible to re-provision Yealink phone to use it with Thinktel VoIP service? I am trying to find a solution for this and was searching on Thinktel KB for this problem.
I found that Linksys and Cisco phones can be re-provisioned and use it with Thinktel.
Please guide me to re-provision this T48S. I don't want to create another E-waste as I spend around $300 for this device.
Regards
Scout

I was in Que for 2 days for asking this, please kindly help me.
...what has provisioning to do with your provider?
I would say provisioning is something YOU do to configure YOUR phones.
It's your choice which provider you point to in your configuration (provisioning).
Can you kindly tell me if the T48S is a new phone for you and you want to use it with Thinktel VoIP service? Or you use other Voip service before? Then can you tell me who is your previous VoIP service?

What is the version of your T48S? And if your previous VoIP service do the limit of your phone? Such as provision the phone with RPS server? If not, you can just long press the OK key to reset the phone to factory, then you can re-provision the phone with Thinktel VoIP service.
