I am having an issue with multicast paging with a customer. One T46G that we have installed has an issue where sometimes during the day the phone will initiate a page and then place it on hold when the person isn't touching the phone. When she looks at the phone display it shows a page on hold and she has to take it off hold and hang it up. The paging system works flawlessly otherwise at this business. I have switched out her phone twice and have verified her configuration with other phones at that business. I am out of ideas, has anyone else ever seen something like this?
