hi

thanks for your reply , for this , it seems a little bit strange , would you mind take a picture of the phone and upload the bin file can cfg file you used for auto provision here so that i can double check ?

seems more like an auto provision issue .

Hi,

Thanks for your answer,

I don't have access to the auto-provision files, can I give you the bin and cfg from the phone ?

Another thing. The T42 phones wich doesn't reboot are on the 29.72.0.37. They auto-update to 29.81.0.15 and become slow.

I didn't setup the whole thing so I miss some informations.

Thanks in advance for your support.

Best regards.
hi Jeremie

from your description , it seems the phone us under auto provision by some people , maybe your phone manager or the IT guys or the service provider .

please kindly connect them for a double check first .

some auto provision parameter will cause phone reboot like network parameters .

the best way is the get the configure for auto provision for a double check .
