When we perform a Blind or Attended transfer (with PJSIP signaling engine), and the target extension doesn't pick up, the call comes back to the original phone as "RECALL".

How do we disable this functionality?

We have a configure feature that can disabled the "Recall", please testing with below:
transfer.hang_up_after_success_trans=4
