How can I use in T48S option to record call?

I have inserted pendrive and is succesfully connected.
I have configured button to start/stop recording.
When calling I can start and stop recording.

However after the call, I can't see anything in menu "Browse Recordings". Why?

How it works?
Please check whether the pendrive is NTFS?
Yealink phones don't support this type.
Actually the pendrive is 4 GB and FAT32. I've also tried to format to regular FAT.
When the pendrive is connected to the computer I can see the new folder called "Audio Record" (and also Screen Shot).
I know that those folders was created by Yealink phone, however folders are empty.

What I can do / check to record the audio?
Can you try to delete the "Audio Record" folder? I has a pendrive can't work, when I try to delete, I can't do this.
Seem this pendrive has something wrong, maybe same as yours.

Or try another pendrive?
Yes I can delete the folders without any problems.

I've just checked second pendriv - FAT32.
It was succesfully connected.
It it displayed in Yealink and I can see is empt.
When I've tried first record it was a black icon that is recording but still nothing on pendrive apart of empty folders.
When I've trird second time to record it is a small red icon (crossed speaker in a circle) and can't record.

What else I can try?
Please help us to get the PCAP/log/config.bin files, we can check more from them.

Meantime, do you test other new T4XS phones?
And how many T48S phones in your side?
We found you don't use record locally. You just press the Record DSS key to trigger record feature of Broadsoft.

Please use record locally, about this feature, please refer to the guide below, please check from page 524.

Hello Karl,

Still without succes.

I've exported a .cfg file and added a parameter:
features.usb_call_recording.enable = 1

Then imported the config. Now I can see that recording is in progress bou still nothing on pendrive.

Anything else I need to do, to configure recording?
