Full Version: Caller ID is showing old details on target phone

Hi, we have T22P phones, and have setup all extension details etc. Things have been working fine:

e.g. Extension 201 is for Bob. When we ring Extension 202 from 201, caller ID on extension 202 shows the phone call as coming from Bob.

That's as expected.

But if we change the extension details for 201 to John, when we ring Extension 202, caller ID on extension 202 still shows the phone call as coming from Bob (and not the new name John).

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Are you using a phonebook? Try updating the phonebook on the incoming device.
Not using a phonebook, all extensions are connected to a MyPBX, this is where the extensions are setup, and where we make changes.

For the issue, can you export the pacp,syslog,config.bin files to me,it can help to solve the issue soon.

For how to get the files, you can refer to the FAQ:

NOTE:you should set syslog level as 6, then use 201 to call 202, then export all the files to me.
