Hello,
i think there is something wrong with the Linekeys in FW 28.81.0.20 ... after provisioning there are no descriptions in the Line-Fields... also the line Keys will appear after pressing them once...

As you can on the first picture - the device is fresh provisioned.

On the second pic i have pressed the first line key

On the third pic i have pressed the second line key..

How to enable the old view with the extension name in description on both line keys?

We are using a 3CX with default template settings.

Thanks for your help!
Hi,

FW 28.81.0.x is not (yet) supported in 3CX v15 as you can see in the "Phones" tab.
Please use the by 3CX Supported firmware "28.80.0.130 - Yealink T46G FW: Added support for Lets Encrypt" and try again.

Hope this helps.

Hello,
thx for your reply! I have over 60 phones here... i cannot downgrade every phone by hand... any solution for this? Can i definie a FW in the provisioning tmpl to downgrade them automaticly?

Hi,

You may modify the template but then it is still one after the other and not all at once.
Every device has his own and unique MAC- and/or IP-address, that’s why.

I suggest first downgrade them to .125 with the firmware found on the Yealink side, then upgrade to .130 from 3CX PBX.
Don’t forget to reset every phone to factory default to prevent strange behaviour of the phones caused by the upgrade.

Before you start this downgrade/upgrade process for all 60+ phones, I suggest to try this for only one phone and check if it will solve your issue.

Hope this helps.
Sorry i don't have the time to manually downgrade more than 60 phones... i will provision the phone with the FW 81 ... and with buggy Line-Keys.... i cannot understand why there is no option to define the FW via server... but thx for your help
Just place something like this in your general T46G autoprovision template.
Code:
firmware.url=http://<user>:<pass>@<domain>/prov/28.81.0.130.rom

I'm not 100% certain it will work since it is 3CX. But worth a shot.

thanks for your help. But this is already implemented by 3CX:

{IF network=LOCALLAN}
firmware.url = %%PROVLINKLOCAL%%/firmware/yealink/%%firmware%%
{ELSE}
firmware.url = %%PROVLINK%%/firmware/yealink/%%firmware%%
{ENDIF}

So the telefon does upgrade automatically ... but it does not downgrade to the version wich is supported by the server..

3cx is currently supporting 28.80.0.130 and not 28.81.0.20.

How did your phones even get to that version? New in box?
