Anyone using a T48G or T49G on Ring Central?

I am considering buying some T48G/T49Gs and manually provisioning them and would like to know of any limitations and concerns since Ring Central doesn't support them

Anyone know how to deregister a yealink phone from ring central so it doesn't auto provision?
