Full Version: Caller ID does not follow with attended transfer

Hi Guys

Can someone please help here - I have had a look at other forums and threads and tried everything and nothing works.

So, the issue is that a call comes into someones phone and they are wanting to do an attended transfer. when they do this it does not transfer the caller id from the original call, only the persons number who transferred the call.

All the phones are T48G phones, latest firmware - 35.81.0.20

If you set it to blind transfer, its not a problem, but attended doesn't work. Even changing the Caller ID Source in the phone from FROM --> PAI RPID FROM as others have mentioned does not work.

Can someone please help?

Please upgrade your phone with the latest firmware 35.81.0.25

Are you using a DSS key for transfer?
If yes, please change “Transfer Mode via Dsskey” to “New Call” (Features > Transfer) and try again.
or
You can use the syntax 'account.x.refresh_remote_id.enable = 1', re-provision the phone and try again..
NOTE: you should change the X to the corresponding line. Such as if the recipient use line 1, then you should change X to 1.
