Hi all,

my config is:
T42G (hw: 29.1.0.0 , sw: 29.72.0.55)

and the problem is:
i´ve configured on my phone a few blf´s. the led is working, the call to the number too.
i get a pickup dialog if one of them gets a call - so far so good!

the problem is, that the phone shows only the number of the callee:

Person A: 573
Person B: 576
Person C: 574

I´m person c, (a and b are blfs)
Person B calls Person A:
it should be: 573 << 576
it is: 573 << 573

the same happens if it is an external call.
Could it be a problem in the telefphone config or rather in the pbx?

I am a new to this topic, and i hope that my problem is described good enough!

HI UWE,

Can you go to Setting-> Configuration, start pcap trace.
Make a call from B to A, when you see the visual, stop pcap and export it to us.
We will check whether PBX server send a correct notify message firstly.

I´ve got it, but only the ones with sip protocol - i hope thats enough?!
