So at the company I work at we are pushing out 46's 48's and 49's, however I am using a T29G. I have been reading on documentation of the phones and been experimenting on my Yealink. I have ran into a snag.

We have three reserved parks; 1001 1002 and 1003. I have made some key's set to park call at those reserved parks. My phone can park a call and it can see that a call is parked.

But when I go to pick up a parked call it says, "The number you have entered has not been recognized. Please try again." My boss's 48 picks and parks calls as expected.

Has anyone one of you had this problem?
Maybe you need to perform a firmware upgrade is one is available for that model....Just a thought

Unfortunately it does have the latest firmware: 46.81.0.25
Hi Pettis,

Nice to know you via mail. i would like to know some detail, so i can help more on this:
1/ could you please share the detail process how you park the call and how you pick up(it should be retrieve) the parked call? what characters you have type in while retrieve.
2/ the call was park on T29G, and the parked call can't retrieve from the same T29G, but it can retrieve from T48G?
3/ can the T29G retrieve the other parked call?
4/ all the accounts on the same group?
please also kindly share other details.

Hi Jensen! I attached the DSSKey scrnsht to show you how I would like for the call park to work.

My boss's phone works but he has the T48G and his options actually say "enhanced call park."

We are all on the same group. I can't dial the extensions or press the parked spot to pick up the call. But my phone see's when a car is parked and can park a call.
Hi Pettis,

Yealink IP phones support call park feature under the following modes:
 FAC mode (dial the call park code to park the call to desired or local extension)
 Transfer mode (park the call to directional parking lot directly)
from your screenshot, you are using the transfer mode i think. So the DSS key to retrieve should be Code+reserved park port.
the detail can refer to below admin guide from P494 to P506:

I am not sure exactly what you mean, but I have tried numerous configurations and it just seems that this phone doesn't want to pick up the extensions 1001 1002 1003.

Also I was using FAC mode.
Hi Pettis,

Could you share the detail how the "enhanced call park." configured on the T48G that works well on your Boss side? while the T48G retrieve the parked call, what is the prompt on the LCD? what is the operational process?
If your server side support FAC mode, then you need to type in the FAC code and the extension, for example, the retrieve FAC code is *88, the call has been park to 1001, you need to type in: *881001.
