Hello all,

I have T49 video working in multiple ways. HOWEVER. I cannot get video to work with VERTO with freeswitch when using a layout other then 1-1. I just get a black screen.

Any suggestion on how to do this?

but what do you mean by work with VERTO with freeswitch when using a layout other then 1-1 ?

do you mean you have T49 both register to a freeswitch PBX, then two T49 can't make video call to each other ?

may i know that which firmware you are using and have you try to use IP directory to test again ?

please describe your issue more clear so that i can understand more .
