Hello, I cannot find any information on this in the user guide to the t49g and I have a customer specifically asking for a demo of the OPUS codec. Asterisk supports OPUS and the t49g's datasheet shows it supports it, however, I cannot find the option under "Audio Codecs". I am on the latest firmware which is 51.21.0.1.

Please reset the phone to factory and check if there are the opus codec.

Is this correct? I have 51.80.0.100 and I don't see opus anywhere.

After double check with our product dept, sorry to tell you that the 51.80.0.100 can not support Opus.

That did the trick. After I updated the firmware I had not factory defaulted the unit. After factory defaulting the phone, I have the OPUS codec as an option now.
