Alright, I started from Scratch and was able to reproduce the problem and gather all syslog files (I hope).

I used a T27P and set up the DSSKEYs 2 and 3.

For simplicity we imagine that key #2 has extension 2 and key #3 has extension 3.

First the device was running version 45.80.0.130. I used a different phone to call extension 2 and saw that on the test phone only the LED for extension 2 was flashing.

Then I upgraded the firmware to 45.81.0.20 and called extension 2 from a different phone again. Now both LEDs for extension 2 and 3 were flashing on my test phone.

I have submit the info to our R&D to analyze.
Any update, i will inform you ASAP.

I tested the firmware on both devices and can confirm that everything works as expected. Thank you!
