Hi Yealink support,
The clients phone setup:
21 x T42 (29.80.0.95)
2 x T46 (28.80.0.125 - also tested on 29.80.0.95)
1 x T48 (29.80.0.95)
The clients network setup:
All phones are directly connected to 2 POE switches, these switches are connected to the router from Destiny (internet - Belgium).
This network is only for the phones, there is nothing else connected on this network.
The clients VOIP solution:
We use the VoipPlay platform that runs in the cloud and is Asteriks based.
All phones use the codex G722.
The problem:
Audio delay the first 2-4 seconds of a call made internally, when calling externally there is no problem. The problem is NOT consistent, some phones have it some phones dont. The phones that have a delay are not consistent aswell, sometimes they have delay sometimes they dont.
Solutions we already tried:
1. Upgrade / downgrade the phones to different firmwares.
We tried .50 / .75 / .80 / .95 / .125
2. Force 1sec audio stream
3. Factory reset every phone
4. Use different codex (ulaw, alaw, g729, g726, GSM)
5. WAN port speed (and switch) Full Duplex 100 Mbps
All the solutions above did not fix the problem... we are out of idea's!
Any help is highly appreciated!
Thanks in advance,
Nathan.
