Full Version: T42G BLF lights no longer light up,

Hi
I have updated the firmware and noticed my BLF lights are no longer lighting up at all. not sure if they have failed or it is a new setting, firmware ver is 29.73.0.50
Is there any way to test all the lights to at least tell if they work or not.. i have other phones and they are fine.

If you make a call to the monitored nubmer will BLF light up?
If yes, please set the BLF LED mode under feature-> General information to 0.
What's your PBX server?

You can use XML Browser to test the light, the follow script will ligth up line key1 and line key2.

Don't believe it re-set all to factory and re-did register and re-enter blf fields and every thing works again,, Crazy !!
