We have 3 of the W52P handsets programmed to ring when lines 1 or 2 on the base ring. If you answer the line on one of the handsets the missed call log on that same handset still shows a missed call. I'm assuming it's coming from the other handsets not getting answered. Is there a way to stop this behavior without disabling the missed call log?

I'm also having the same issue. I answer the call on another handset but the remaining handsets log it as a missed call. Ideally calls answered elsewhere should not appear as missed calls. Advice or a fix would be useful. Thanks.

Pease update the firmware to the latest version and reset the phone to factory, then test again.
