Hi!

I have to different phones that have coneccted one PC each to the PC port. They are T26P and T19P phones.

What happens is thatm sometimes, the PCs loose the connection to the LAN. It is a bit strange, because it happens to 2 differente PCs and phones.
Any Idea??

Does the phone lose connection as well or only the PC? Are you using a POE Switch or Power Supply?

Phones are conected to the power supply.

I'm not sure if phones lose the connection. But if internet cable is connected to the PC, the PC wirks correctly, without losing connection. I'll try to ping the phone from another PC when connection lose.
