Hi everyone
We have several W52p on our 3CX system which we recently upgraded to v12.5. In the past we have serviced remote users using server proxy manager but following our recent upgrade to 12/12.5 and switched to SBC our remote users have lost their connections. A couple of users (Company Directors) were provisioned with RasberryPi running SBC which also would not connections. A trial at my home confirmed that the SBC both on a PC and on RPi worked fine using any of the Txx series phones.
I put the question out to the 3CX forum and got the response that the W52P is only supported on local LAN and Stun configs.
Question is Yealink going to support firmware capable of using an SBC scenario?
And what firmware version should we using?
Before anyone says it, no we are not able to use Stun as we have our Sip delivered via our MPLS network.
Looking forward to a help full response
