I had a handset that was broken so I bought a replacement. Now the replacement can receive incoming calls but cannot make outgoing calls. The screen displays:
Call Failed
Via: IP Call
XXX-XXX-XXXX
Not Available!
I have upgraded the firmware to the latest.
The system has autoprovisioned properly as the broken phone is still able to send and receive calls.
Please help
Hi,
Please assign the account for this handset.
Under Account->Number Assignment page of the web UI.
then assign the registered account for the new handset .
Please test and let us know if any question.
