Everything is fine on my phones and calls are being received properly. But on few phones, we find no voice after taking a few calls. A manual restart / backend reboot works for a while but problem returns after 5 mins. The phones are around 3 years old.
What can be possible reason behind this issue?

For the issue, do you mean the scenario is like below,
T20 make a call to B , B answer the call , neither T20 nor B can hear the voice ,
if you reboot the phone, the call will be normal again ,right?
please help share us below information .
1) how many phones you have ? all have the same issue?
2) please upgrade to the latest version

3) if the issue still exist on the latest version, please share us the pcap trace, level 6 syslog and config.bin file for debug , please collect these information for both working scenario and issue scenario .

I have checked the log but haven't found the error.
would you please help reproduce the issue again and provide us config.bin file , pcap trace and new level 6 syslog again that we can submit them to the engineer for debug?
