Full Version: Ring Timeout 15 seconds

Good Day,

My Yealink W52H stops ringing after 15 seconds and all forward rules are disabled.

I upgraded to the latest Firmware on the BS & H (25.73.0.27 & 26.73.0.11)

I cannot find a settings on the interface to increase the ring time.

Can anyone please point me in the right direction?

Hi Marius,

You need set the timeout in pbx server. The call should be hung up by server side.
Please contact your server administrator.

Thank you for the reply. I did set the ring timeout to 30 seconds. It is a FreePBX Distro Install running Asterisk 11.

I even tried setting the timeout to 60 seconds.

I also registered the main trunk to the phone directly and I get the same 15 seconds results.
