1) I am using the User Access Level feature to control the features being displayed on the screen of the phones.
2) I would like to know how I can omit the display of "Add to Blacklist" and "Add to Contacts" under History/Option.

This can't be configured. There is no such a parameter in WebItemsLevel file.
