Hello everyone,
We have two Yealink handsets with W52P base station. The handsets seem to search for base station. We are not able to access the base station configuration page through the browser. We performed the base reset, by pressing the paging button and then disconnecting and reconnecting power. All the lights remain with solid green after the power cycle.
When power cycling the base station normally, the network light remains solid and then blank for a while and then solid again. The paging light does not light up at all.
What would be your recommendation or next steps we could attempt to troubleshoot?
