Hello, for my installations install the model T-21P wanted to know if you can recommend me a way to remotely connect to the phone to change settings and not bother the client to connect to your PC remotely.

As the device is provisioned on customer side, I assume that you are not in the same intranet with device. You are not allowed visit the phone immediately.
