I have a Yealink T22P that I want to connect to a remote router. I downloaded the client.ovpn from the router.

I read the Yealink openVPN technical documentation about 10 times. It explains how to set up a server on Linux or Windows and then to put the ca.crt, client.crt and client.key in a .tar file.

But I already have a server set up! And all I have is a client.ovpn file.

How do I create these three files from the client.ovpn file that I have?

On the router I can copy and paste all three key files as a text. Can I just copy and paste this into a text file, and change the name and extension??

Or should this be done differently?
Hi,

You need to copy and paste all three keys into three difference txt file then rename them.

Thank you very much. This was good advise. The VPN is working properly now.
