W52P does not save any call log information. I have save call log enabled. How do I correct this problem?

Dear,
Please enable Save Call Log feature on page attached. Have a test and let me know the result. Thanks in advance.

Dont forget to turn off the Network Call Log under Contacts->Network Directory
