Full Version: T28P Offhook DSS Key behaviour after v73 firmware upgrade

I recently upgraded my T28P from 2.51.0.10 firmware to 2.73.0.50 firmware.

The DSS1 soft key is set to "History", and with the earlier firmware when taking the phone off hook, the DSS1 soft key remained as "History".

However, after the firmware upgrade, DSS1 is "History" when on-hook, but becomes "Directory" off-hook, and I'm unable to locate any place in the phone settings to set the off hook behaviour of DSS1 (or any of the DSS keys for that matter).

Is there any way to resolve this other than reverting to earlier firmware?
Dear,

We call it softkey and it is programmable. Please see screenshot below. After the configuration, you will see History when handset is on hook and see History when handset is off hook. Please give it a try.

Elaine
Thank you so much! That's exactly what I needed.
