Hi,
When I try to call a full SIP address, like 'name@sip.com', it says Not Valid, it only accepts and calls the 'name' without the '@sip.com'!
Any ideas?
Thanks.
Dear,
May I assure that you are using the web interface to dial out? What is the phone number you have?
When dialing out, we support both "name" with and without"@sip.com".
Regards
Elaine

Hi, the phone is the W52P, I didn't mention it because is this part of the forum about it. The firmware is the following:
Code:
Base: 25.73.0.27
Handset: 26.73.0.11
I'm using a XML file with all my phone book. This file looks like:
Code:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<root_group>
<group display_name="All Contacts" ring="" />
</root_group>
<root_contact>
<contact display_name="Rui (SIP)" office_number="rui" mobile_number="rui@sip.com" other_number="" line="2" ring="" group_id_name="" />
</root_contact>
When I select in the handset 'rui' it rings, when I select the full address 'rui@sip.com' it gives the "Not Valid" error. This addresses are an example.
Thanks.
