Recently we changed from T46 to T48 Models.
A few days after configuring the new devices, I tried to login to one of the devices.
But I was told, that the password was incorrect.
I definitely didn#t change the default Login (Admin/Admin).
Also the Login to the Web UI was denied.

Is there another Possibility to recover Access or forcefully reset the phone?

Thanks in advance

Hi James,

thanks for your reply.
Pressing the OK Button for more than 1 minute didn't show any reaction.

Hi Michael,

What's the firmware of your T48G? What's your PBX server?
You configure the device in web interface or through autoprovision?

Regards,
James
Hi James,

the initial Configuration was made within the web interface.
Only Firmwareupdates are performed through autoprovisioning.

Firmware Version is: 35.73.0.50
Whre can I find the PBX Server?

Regards

Michael

Did you initially configure the phone yourself thru the web interface? What PBX Did you connect them to under the Account Settings? (or perhaps a cloud host)

Yes, I manually configured the phone. The PBX is a IP Adress of the Provider.

Hi Craig,

do you have any suggestions?

Hi Michael,

You may need to contact you service provide for this issue.
Long press OK button can reset phone. But the fucntion may be disabled through autoprovision by your service provider if it didn't work.
