Hi,

I have a T28p with a 2.73 firmware.

When we press the DSSKEY key on the phone a configuration option is opened on the screen so the user can change what is set, have some option that disable DSSKEY or disable this press or change function?

Hi,

Do you mean you want to disable DSS key function?

If so, please log into web interface. Then go to DSSkey-->Memory key. Set type as N/A. Pleaes see attached pictures.
