Full Version: Door Bell - One way audio issue

Hi All,

We have a Csr using several W52P and SIP-T28 phones, they are experiencing a one way audio 20 seconds delay issue when answering a CyberData door bell, would adjusting the JITTER BUFFER help?

Hi Abe,

Changing JITTER BUFFER may not help. It should be something related to protocol.

Firstly please upgrade both phone to latest firmware and check again.
If it doesn't work can you provide these info:
1. The problem happens in every call from CyberDta door bell?
2. get a config.bin/pcap trace/level 6 syslog.
