We've identified a possible bug in V73 (running release 45) when auto provisioning phones.
We are peering two sip accounts to two different providers.
Account 1 is the main account. Account 2 is a 'back line' used only for dialing out in certain situations.
The issue lies in the button we assign for the 2nd account.
Here's the code:
linekey.15.line = 2
linekey.15.type = 15
linekey.15.value = 2
linekey.15.label = Back Line
No matter what we try, the phones provision with account 1 being the account used when pressing the 'Back Line' button. We have to manually go to each phone and change, via the keypad or the GUI. Once it's changed, it works fine.
So we SEND linekey.15.line = 2
The phone USES linekey.15.line = 1
I've verified this on a 12 phone deployment at least 20 times.
Thanks.
