Full Version: T46G and Jabra 920 - Headset Volume Issue

Hi all,

I have a Jabra 920 headset, and we have just purchased a new Yealink T46G.

However, it appears the headset microphone volume is turned down really low. When on a call, I almost have to yell into the mic for it to be heard and then it is very faint. I can hear through the headset okay, and I have checked the headset mic volume is turned right up.

Has anyone else had issues with headset volume on the Yealink? Can I fix this? (I have the latest firmware)

The headset works fine if I plug it into the handset port with the handset unplugged - weird
