Does anyone know how to set-up the Yealink T49G so it can receive video calls from a Helios IP Force door phone.

Current situation:
The T49G receives the call, when I pick up the phone the video mode starts but the screens stay black.

I do not have the camera module installed since the door phone does not have an display but only a camera.

I have tried the Intercom option but that does not seem to change anything.
