Hi,

I have a client reporting the following issue...

When we try to take a call through the headset and it picks up on the phone but doesn’t connect to the headset, what is the cause to this problem?

They had problems answering using the headset's pickup button so I told them to use the phone buttons. But that doesn't seem to work properly either and often doesn't cause the headset to connect.

How can I resolve this?
