Full Version: T48G blu tooth Issue

We are using Jabra Motion headsets and the BT40.

The blu tooths disconnect frequently. The blu tooth icon goes from white to grey.

It seems to be random and the only way to fix it is to reset the phone entirely - sometimes that does not work on the first attempt and multiple resets are required before the blu tooth will re-pair.
Hi,

What's the phone firmware you are running on? Please upgrade it to latest firmware:
http://www.yealink.com/Upload/UCOne/2015...3.0.50.zip

If problem persist, go to Settings-> Configuration, set the syslog to level 6. When problem happens(blu tooth icon goes from white to grey) export the syslog and phone configuration file to us.

Thanks,
James
Here is the attached config file.
