I have a T-38 G sip phone. It was returned to me in the Int state. "Int. please wait". Is there a way to stop the process, it's been this way for 3 days. I'm hoping that I can do a keypad or function key combo to get the phone to complete the Int. process. As an example, on Polycom I can use 789 to default the phone. Any ideas other than sending it back to Yealink?
Apparently, if you hold down the OK button for 45 seconds, it should set it back to hardware defaults. I have been told this works best if you do not have the expansion unit (if you have one) connected.

This has not worked for me, my T38G is stuck in an initialization loop I am still trying to break out of, but hopefully it will work on yours. If it does not work, we may be having similar problems with the phone. See my post about 'T38G Stuck in Initialization Loop' for what I have tried, and the results.

Thanks I'll give it a try and get back to you.

Holding the ok for 45 sec up to 90 sec didn't reset the phone. It's still stuck in Int mode. Guess I'll have to check in with Yealink and send the phone back. Thanks for responding.
