Full Version: Registration Failed Account 1 - Registration Successful Account 2

Hi

We have about 40 x Yealink T46G handsets running Firmware Version 28.73.0.50 Hardware Version 28.2.0.128.0.0.0 & we are having trouble with 4 of them whereby they will not register with the PBX (FreePBX) using Account 1. However using the same details in Account 2 the registration is successful.

Any ideas on how to address this?

Dear,
Would you please do as follows and feedback with the pcap:
1. Go to Settings--Configuration--Press START Pcap capture. See attached screenshot.
2. Clear the information on account 2. Register account 1, wait until it get failed.
3. Disable account 1. Register account 2. wait until register successfully.
4. Go to Settings--Configuration again and press Stop--Export to export the pcap.

Hi Adam,

Judging from the pcap, I found that when register with account 1, phone didn't get 401 authourized message from server. In this case, phone cannot send out the account message like username and password to register.

So would you please work with server administrator to find out that when using account 1, can server receive the REGISTER request from phone? Or it receives, but not reponse the request. This can be judge from server log.
